ABOUT whiskers & wags
Welcome to Whiskers & Wags Mobile Veterinary Service. We are so excited to have you here!
A little background on our veterinarian, Dr. Lora Cummings- a North Carolina native, Dr. Cummings received her undergraduate degree from Duke University. She then attended North Carolina State College of Veterinary Medicine graduating in 1999 with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Cummings practiced as an associate and managing veterinarian in general practice and emergency clinic settings until she opened North End Veterinary Clinic in January of 2006. In 2014 she sold her small animal practice in North Carolina to move to the Florida Keys with her husband, John; 2 young sons, Lucas and Chandler; and 2 fussy felines, Puddin and Monkey.
After 19 years of practicing in the traditional brick and mortar setting and now that her little boys are no longer so little, she is excited to offer a mobile veterinary service providing at home care to your feline and canine companions.
Now that you know our vet we look forward to getting to know you and your pet!
